Once again Ozone have raised the bar even further by increasing speed, performance and comfort. The R11 is a carefully refined evolution of the R10: Ozone have striven to retain all of the best characteristics of the R10 while improving some of the issues. The R11 features several highly innovative new (Patent Pending) features, including the new Shark Nose, which have led to significant improvements in performance, comfort, and ease of use.

Currently the R10 is the benchmark Open Class Competition Paraglider and is unmatched in competition. However, the R11 is improved in every respect. It is more stable, and even more collapse resistant than the R10, especially at high speeds. Furthermore, the R11 is more comfortable to fly. On final glide nothing will touch the R11: we have increased the useable top speed by 10kmh. The R11 is the only choice for serious competitors*.

The Shark Nose leading edge is an exciting new innovation. The fruits of our research into this new concept we hope will continue to benefit pilots flying wings throughout the Ozone range in the future. In the end, one thing is certain: We love to fly, and our passion for free flight innovation and creation runs deep, and is limitless.

* Even though we say comfort and ease of use are significantly improved, this wing, like the R10, is still just for serious top level competitors only.

 OZRP Technology (Ozone Reflex Profile) means that it is more stable in accelerated flight than a normal free-flight wing.

Special attention was put into the launching characteristics of the Roadster. The inflation is smooth and constant in any wind speed, and the wing comes up directly overhead without shooting in high winds or lagging behind in no wind, all of which means that your time will be spent enjoying your flight, not struggling with your launch.

The Roadster can also be flown without a motor. Its sink rate is low enough to soar in light lift, thermal in all conditions, and fly cross country. Although it is designed for pilots who fly majority (if not exclusively) under power, the Roadster performs excellently unpowered as well.

We hope that Intermediate and Advanced pilots will appreciate the easy launches, stable flights, and the high top speeds of this wing, which is designed to allow you to enjoy the flight without worrying about your wing.

The Ozone Roadster and Indy are two of the first wings to pass the tests necessary for the DMSV certification. We are pleased to announce that the Roadster M has received DMSV B: (without accelerator) DMSV-MS-5009-08. The Roadster is also certified EN C with accelerator.
