After extensive testing, FLYMECC is pleased to introduce its new Carbon frame
This high-tech frame is the result of the company`s continuous focus on innovation and of the passion of its staff. All this stems from the union of Robomecc and SKYengines, which led to the design and manufacture of an absolutely innovative product, characterized by cutting-edge solutions and a unique design.
The point of strength of this frame lies undoubtedly in the combination between high rigidity and ultra-lightness: a result that has been achieved by using carbon fibers to manufacture most of its components. These parts have been produced by leading companies in the field.
Another key feature of the frame lies in the parts in Ergal, which are manufactured using solid parts and carefully processed with the aid of CNC machines. These components, beside offering maximum robustness and lightness, significantly contribute to a further weight reduction.
The new coupling/removal systems for the circle supporting liners tubes are equally innovative because of the clip system that enables to quickly assemble/disassemble the frame, while guaranteeing maximum safety in case the mesh fails.
The coupling parts in plastic are available in several colors (so as to match the color variants of Ergal parts) and with different chemical compositions, depending on the expected stress.
These types of couplings have been chosen because of the dampening properties of polymers that effectively minimize the vibrations transmitted to the driver, beside creating specific "breakage" points in case of impact that limit consequences for the user.
This not only guarantees a greater protection of the driver, but also the integrity of the main frame components.
A further innovative feature of the Flymecc carbon frame consists in the use of sails supplied directly by the famous manufacturer JOJOWINGS, which guarantees high quality and safety standards, besides being a benchmark for pleasant drive and precision in direction.
The newly designed saddle, connected with high spacers via a revolutionary semi-oscillating system, offers not only greater comfort during take-off and landing operations, but enhances the safety of use enabling drivers to balance their flight without continuously adjusting their sails (drivers can actually even fly linearly without using their hands). This confirms not only the excellent balance, but further enhances easiness of use and comfort.
To add value to this exclusive frame, we have not only carefully studied all parts, but also developed a new line of accessories, FLYMECC, which is designed to become even richer in time.
Every frame will be supplied with a practical "hand-made" bag for the storage of all its parts.
Another special feature is the unique number assigned to each frame, which can be registered with us in order to benefit from the warranty and simplify the identification of spare parts.
Carbon frame is only fitted with
